About Me

Hi! I'm Chris Allen, a singer and vocal coach based in the West Midlands, UK. Music and singing have been essential parts of my life for as long as I can remember, and the buzz I get from sharing my passion with other people, be it through singing live at functions and events or through coaching people to find their voice and develop their passion, never diminishes, but only gets stronger with time. ​Since graduating from university in 2015, I have performed regularly across the region, as either a solo singer, as a guitarist and singer in an acoustic pop covers band, or as one third of the 'Brownhills Rat Pack', celebrating the music of the swing heroes.

I offer services as both a function singer and as a vocal coach.​ I am available to hire for any event or function, with a broad range of styles and approaches. I offer performance packages spanning across a wide array of musical styles - from beautiful love songs to upbeat pop classics; from grand, theatrical masterpieces to smooth, laid-back swing standards. I also offer vocal tuition to people of any ability, age, singing style or background.
